1. Services

- Grease interceptor cleaning
- Grease trap repair
- Baffle T repair
- Hydro jetting
- Drain cleaning
- Used cooking oil collection
- Cooking oil disposal
- Yellow grease purchasing
We guarantee the quality of all services provided.
2. Pricing & Payments
- Services are based on custom quotes and contracts tailored to each client.
- We accept all payment methods except cryptocurrency.
- Payments must be made in accordance with contract terms.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- No refunds are offered once services are completed.
- A cancellation fee applies if appointments are canceled without proper notice.
4. Compliance & Responsibility
- Clients are not required to manage compliance reporting. TGC Plumbing provides manifest reports for used cooking oil collection and disposal.
- TGC Plumbing is not responsible for pre-existing plumbing issues beyond the agreed service scope.
5. Access to Property
- Clients must provide reasonable access to plumbing areas during scheduled service times.
- Missed appointments due to lack of access may result in additional charges.
6. Liability
- TGC Plumbing is committed to high-quality, compliant services.
- We are not liable for indirect damages, business downtime, or losses beyond the scope of provided services.
7. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate ongoing contracts with notice as specified in the agreement.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California.
